Green Dinner Table is a concept that’s joined New Zealand’s burgeoning meal plan delivery service scene, but with a bit of a twist – the meals they deliver fresh ingredients and recipes for every week are all plant-based.

The locally-based company is the baby/brainchild of chef Tom Riley and health enthusiast and former ambulance officer Cole Stacey. Tom and Cole aim to empower people to make positive changes to their health and environment via eating more vegetarian fare, and their tasty programme of meal ideas (think the likes of miso mushroom meatballs with soy-spiked tomato sauce, or roast pumpkin and black kale risotto with maple-glazed pumpkin seeds) are designed to maximise the deliciousness of the fresh, locally-sourced seasonal produce they deliver, making the transition easy!

With plans for both couples and families, covering 3 or 5 meals a week, you can pick an option to best suit your needs and budget, and then it’s just a matter of letting the weekly goodness show up at your door!
