New menu for Winter at Mexico
Mexico's Winter menu has launched, and they're out to cure your winter blues with the warm flavours and comforts of home.
Some Mexico classics have snuck back onto the menu such as the Papas Bravas (crispy potatoes), the Chickpea Patatas, roasted red capsicum mojo, cucumber & green apple pico, candied citrus almonds with micro coriander, and the Chimichangas with pan-fried mushroom, leek, chili, queso, coriander & salsa asada.
Brand new additions to try and fall in love with are the Crispy Cauliflower Florets (the vegetarian answer to the famous Mexico Fried Chicken) – crispy cauliflower, fried and sprinkled with a warm ancho chili powder and paired with cumin & lime mayo. The new taco selection is packed with flavour and the comforts of home, such as the braised Pork in Mole Colorante, turmeric pickled pear, black sesame & chicharron, while vegetarians need to check out Portobello Mushroom with spinach, queso, blackened corn, smoky mayo and a mixture of candied sesame seeds, toasted sunflower seeds and spicy pepitas for texture.
Two new additions also hit the dessert section in the form of a Baked White Chocolate Cheesecake with salted caramel popcorn, raspberry granita and tequila crema, and the Xocolate Sándwich de Helado with cacao ash, xocolate crunch ice cream, xocolate orange ganache & cacao powder. This is a xocolate lover’s dream!
