Pescatore and friends collaborate on an amazing plant-based feast

Vegetarians are in for a treat when Pescatore and their Chef de Cuisine Ryan Henley team up with two plant-based cuisine superstars, locally-based Alex Davies of (increasing) Gatherings fame and self professed yogi, pop-up vegetarian restauranteur and chef Paolo Tancredi Arlotta from Australia, for a very special 'Collaboration' dinner on August 29th.

The talented trio will serve up twelve wonderfully creative courses of mouth watering plant-based delights, all partnered with delectable organic ciders and wines from Pescatore's own extensive and award-winning wine list, making for a spectacular night of innovative vegetarian fare.
