This French-infused world first experience transforms the traditional Hilton Hotel stay into an exquisite escape to France that features designer furniture, bespoke artwork, new soft furnishings and beautiful coffee table books, all set within the hotels’ three stunning locations.

The generous spaces, designed by Michelle Halford of The Design Chaser, observe an elegant aesthetic that merge old world sophistication with contemporary design.
“I wanted to bring to life the elegance that the illustrious Hôtel du Marc is known for, says Michelle. “While each room has its own look and feel, all three have been designed to evoke the ultimate in luxury with a slight Clicquot twist.”
Muted tones provide the backdrop for the signature Clicquot yellow accents that have been subtly worked into each room, while beautiful textiles provide texture, warmth and comfort.
The finished results are The Madame Clicquot Room at Hilton Auckland (pictured below) where guests at FISH restaurant can enjoy a specially created Beurre Bosc Pear Sorbet matched with Veuve Clicquot NV with waterfront views, the Ponsardin Suite at Hilton Lake Taupo (pictured top), where its Bistro Lago offers an Over the Moon cheeseboard matched with Veuve Clicquot NV, and the La Grande Dame Room at Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa (pictured above) where guests can also indulge in a three-course menu matched with Veuve Clicquot NV from the Wakatipu Grill along with a flute and facial promotion at the hotel’s eforea spa.
